我们重视用户及客户资料的隐私。本扩展仅为用户提供本地客户跟进管理功能，不会把客户资料或聊天内容上传到开发者服务器。
1. 扩展处理的信息
当用户主动点击“读取当前聊天”时，本扩展会在当前打开的 WhatsApp Web 页面中处理以下可见信息：
- 联系人备注名；
- 电话号码及由国家区号推断的国家或地区；
- 当前可见聊天内容，用于在用户设备本地识别产品、数量、预算和预计采购时间等需求字段；
- 用户主动填写的客户等级、来源、销售阶段、金额、跟进记录和提醒时间。
2. 使用目的
上述信息仅用于扩展的核心功能：建立和更新客户档案、按电话号码匹配客户、记录跟进历史、提供本地提醒与销售统计，以及根据用户操作导出 Excel、CSV 或 JSON 文件。
3. 数据存储与传输
- 客户资料和跟进记录保存在用户当前浏览器的扩展本地存储中；
- 试用开始时间会同时保存在浏览器本地和浏览器同步存储中，以便在同一浏览器账号下保持一致的30天试用期限；
- 许可证邮箱和激活码仅保存在浏览器本地并离线验证；
- 本扩展不把客户资料、聊天内容或许可证信息上传到开发者服务器；
- 本扩展不调用人工智能或第三方分析服务；
- 只有用户主动导出时，数据才会生成文件并下载到用户设备。
4. 免费试用与许可证
扩展提供首次使用起30天免费试用。试用结束后，新增、更新、读取聊天、导入、恢复和跟进提醒功能需要付费许可证；查看、搜索、导出、备份和删除已有资料仍然可用。许可证通过设备上的数字签名离线验证。用户点击联系购买链接时，邮件程序会打开一封新邮件，只有用户主动发送后开发者才会收到邮件内容。
5. 数据分享与出售
我们不会出售、出租、共享或转让用户数据，也不会将数据用于广告、信用评估、用户画像或与扩展核心功能无关的用途。
6. 权限
本扩展仅请求实现功能所需的权限，包括浏览器存储、侧边栏、当前标签页、WhatsApp Web 页面读取、本地提醒和通知。页面读取仅限 https://web.whatsapp.com/。
7. 数据控制与删除
用户可以随时导出 Excel、CSV 或 JSON 备份。用户可以在扩展中删除单个客户记录；也可以在 Microsoft Edge 中移除扩展，以删除该扩展保存在浏览器中的本地数据。卸载前建议先导出完整备份。
8. 第三方关系
本扩展是独立的客户跟进工具，与 WhatsApp LLC 或 Meta Platforms, Inc. 无关联，未获得其赞助或认可。WhatsApp 是其权利人的商标。

We respect the privacy of users and their customer information. This extension provides local customer follow-up management and does not upload customer records or chat content to the developer's servers.
1. Information Processed
Only when the user clicks “Read Current Chat,” the extension processes visible information on the currently open WhatsApp Web page, including the contact label, phone number, country inferred from the calling code, and visible chat content used locally to identify product, quantity, budget, and expected purchase time. It also processes sales and follow-up information entered by the user.
2. Purpose
The information is used solely to provide the extension's core functions: creating and updating customer records, matching customers by phone number, recording follow-up history, providing local reminders and sales statistics, and exporting Excel, CSV, or JSON files at the user's request.
3. Storage and Transmission
- Customer and follow-up records are stored in the extension's local browser storage.
- The trial start time is stored in both local and browser sync storage to keep the same 30-day trial period for the same browser account.
- The license email and activation code are stored locally and verified offline.
- No customer records, chat content, or license information are uploaded to the developer's servers.
- The extension does not use AI or third-party analytics services.
- Data leaves the extension only when the user intentionally exports a file to their own device.
4. Free Trial and License
The extension includes a 30-day free trial from first use. After the trial, creating or updating records, reading the current chat, importing or restoring data, and follow-up reminders require a paid license. Viewing, searching, exporting, backing up, and deleting existing records remain available. Licenses are verified offline using a digital signature. Clicking the purchase contact link only opens a draft in the user's email app; information is sent only if the user chooses to send it.
5. Sharing and Sale
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer user data. Data is not used for advertising, credit assessment, user profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's core function.
6. Permissions
The extension requests only the permissions needed for browser storage, the side panel, the active tab, reading WhatsApp Web, local alarms, and notifications. Page access is limited to https://web.whatsapp.com/.
7. User Control and Deletion
Users can export Excel, CSV, or JSON backups and delete individual customer records. Removing the extension from Microsoft Edge deletes its locally stored data. We recommend exporting a complete backup before uninstalling.
